Marquee size requirements

The area required will depend on the number on the number of guests and style of event. Add additional 30% to the area required if adding a dancefloor to your event.

DIY Marquees also available.

A selection of blue & white marquees ranging from 3.6m x 3.6m to 7.2m x 11m are available to be picked up from Kyneton Hire site. Customers to erect and dismantle. Prices start at $150.

Prices & Payment

  • Hire rates for event equipment are based on a weekend hire. For hire periods other than weekends, price on enquiry.

  • Deposit required for bookings over $200.

  • All hire is payable in advance. Deposits are refunded on return, less any extra hire, damage or cleaning.

  • Rates may change without notice. Hire includes GST. Consumables extra.

Responsibility

  • It is the responsibility of the hirer to guard equipment against theft, damage or negligence until it has been returned to the hire premises.

  • Equipment damaged, stolen or lost will be charged to hirer’s account.
